The Parish Pastoral Council meeting was held on March 25th.
Topics of discussion included:
Parish Mission—May 4th thru May 7th. Fr. Joseph will
be our speaker.
Parish Carnival—The Carnival preparations are underway
but volunteers are needed.
Shrine to St. Joseph—The shrine will be ready for
Father’s Day with dedication scheduled for the 12:00
PM Mass and reception at the Trinity Center.
Vacation Bible School—June 23rd to 27th. The theme
this year is “Great Bible Adventure”. Information
will appear in the bulletin.
Catholic Education—The Power Point presentation was
well received and informative.
Parish 85th Anniversary—May 18th. Bishop McFadden
will celebrate the 12:00 PM Mass. Reception will be at Spring
Mill from 2-6 PM. Chances are being sold to help defray
the cost.
Pastoral Council—Selection process will begin in
May to identify candidates, followed by an informative session
for candidates, selection and notification. We ask for your
prayers. The Pastoral Council is the visioning and planning
body of the parish. It is not a financial planning committee.
The next Pastoral Council meeting is scheduled for April
