There will be 3 registration dates for PREP 2008-2009.

$150.00/1 child
$200.00/2 children

All Sacrament Fees and Sacrament

Grade 3
Please include $10.00 Sacrament Fee to defray additional costs
for First Holy Communion.
Please include $27.00 if you wish to purchase a DVD of your
child’s First Holy Communion.
Grade 5
Please include $20.00 Sacrament Fee to help defray additional
costs for Confirmation.
Please include $27.00 if you wish to purchase a DVD of your
child’s Confirmation
Please include $20.00 if you wish to purchase a Confirmation
Robe
Register Early!! -- Afternoon classes for Grades
1-5 are on a first-come first-serve basis.
All First Grade and New Registrations
If your child was not baptized at OLGC, please bring a copy
of his/her Baptismal certificate from the church of their
Baptism.
Parents: SCRIP monies may be used toward PREP tuition
costs. For questions regarding SCRIP accounts, or to obtain
an explanation of how SCRIP works, please contact Mary Riccaboni
